Location:
On the Crane Prairie Reservoir in Deschutes National Forest
Campsites, facilities: There are 20 sites for trailers or
RVs. Electricity, picnic tables and fire grills are provided. Vault
toilets and piped water are available. Boat docks, launching facilities
and fish cleaning stations are nearby. Boat rentals, showers, gas,
ice and laundry facilities are located nearby. Leashed pets are
permitted.
Reservations, fees: No reservations are accepted. Sites are
$10-$15 per night. The campground is open from April to October.

Directions: From Interstate 5 south of Eugene, drive 73 miles
southeast on Highway 58. Turn east on County Road 61. Drive three
miles, then continue north on Cascade Lakes Highway (Highway 46)
for 18 miles then turn east on County Road 42. Travel four miles,
turn North on Forest Service Road 4270, and drive seven miles to
the campground.
Trip notes: This resort is set along the north shore of popular
Crane Prairie Reservoir, a good spot for canoeing and fishing. No
waterskiing is permitted.
