Location:
On Fall Creek in Willamette National Forest.
Campsites,
facilities: There are three sites for tents, trailers, or RVs
up to 16 feet long. Picnic tables and fire grills are provided.
Vault toilets are available. There is no piped water. Leashed pets
are permitted.
Reservations,
fees: No reservations are accepted. Sites are $9 per night,
plus $3 for each additional vehicle. The campground is open from
May to mid-September.

Directions: From Interstate 5 south of Eugene, take exit
188 and turn east on Highway 58. Drive about 25 miles to Lowell,
then drive two miles north on County Road 6220. Turn east on County
Road 6240 and drive a short distance to Forest Service Road 18 (Fall
Creek Road), then continue east to the campground. The total distance
on the two roads is about 10 miles.
Trip Notes: This pretty campground is adjacent to Fall Creek
and is at the lower trailhead for the scenic, 14-mile Fall Creek
National Recreation Trail, which follows the creek and ranges between
960 and 1,385 feet in elevation.
