Location: On Davis Lake in Deschutes National Forest

Campsites, facilities: There are 33 sites for tents, trailers, or RVs up to 22 feet long. Picnic tables, firewood and fire grills are provided. Vault toilets and hand-pumped water are available. Boat launching facilities are nearby. Leashed pets are permitted.

Reservations, fees: No reservations are accepted. Sites are $8 per night, plus $4 per additional vehicle. The campground is open from May through October.

Directions: From Interstate five south of Eugene, turn east on Highway 58. Drive 73 miles then turn east on County Road 61 and drive three miles. Continue 6.5 miles north on Forest Service Road 46. The camp is 1.5 miles west on Forest Service Road 46855.

Trip notes: This campground is nestled in the woods along the south shore of Davis Lake. Recreation options include fishing, boating and hiking. Boat launching facilities are available at west Davis Lake.
