Oakridge, turn left and drive two miles to Westfir. Head 19 miles
northeast on Forest Service Road 19 (Aufderheide Scenic Byway) to
the campground.
Trip notes: We almost hate to reveal it, but this is one heck
of a spot for fly-fishing (the only kind allowed). This remote campground
is set along the West Fork of the Willamette River, a designated
Wild and Scenic River. If you want beauty and quiet, you came to
the right place. An even more remote campground is farther north
on Forest Service Road 19 at Box Canyon Horse Camp
