Location: On Davis Lake in Deschutes National Forest

Campsites, facilities: There are 12 sites for tents, trailers, or RVs up to 22 feet long. Picnic tables and fire grills are provided. Vault toilets and firewood are available. There is no piped water. A boat launch is nearby. Leashed pets are allowed.

Reservations, fees: No reservations accepted. No fees. The campground is open from April through September, weather permitting.

Directions: From Interstate 5 south of Eugene, drive 73 miles southeast on Highway 58. Turn east on County Road 61. Drive three miles, then continue nine miles on north on Forest Service Road 46. The camp is located two miles north on forest Service Road 850.

Trip notes: This campground is set along the northeast shore of Davis Lake, a very shallow lake that provides good duck hunting during the fall. Fishing is decent in early summer.
