Location: On the Deschutes River in Deschutes National Forest

Campsites, facilities: There are seven sites for tents, trailers and RVs up to 22 feet long. Picnic tables and fire grills are provided. Vault toilets are available. There is no piped water. Leashed pets are permitted.

Reservations, fees: No reservations accepted. Sites are $5 per night, plus $3-$5 per additional vehicle. The campground is open from April through September, weather permitting.

Directions: From Interstate 5 south of Eugene, drive 73 miles southeast on Highway 58. Turn east on County Road 61. Drive three miles, then continue north on Cascade Lakes Highway (Highway 46) for 18 miles then turn east on County Road 42. Travel twelve miles to Forest Service Road 4350, turn South, 2.5 miles to Forest Road 4360, turn North-East and drive 1.5 miles to the campground.

Trip notes: This pretty campground along the Deschutes River, fairly close to Pringle Falls, is a popular canoe launching point.
