Location:
On the Middle Fork of the Willamette River in Willamette National
Forest
Campsites, facilities: There are group sites only for tents,
trailers, or RVs up to 15 feet long. Picnic tables and fire grills
are provided. Hand-pumped water, vault toilets, and firewood are
available. Sanitary services, a café, and a Laundromat are
available within five miles. Some of the facilities are wheelchair
accessible. Leashed pets are permitted.
Reservations, fees: No reservations are accepted. Sites are
$40 per night. The campground is open from May to late October.

Directions: From Interstate 5 south of Eugene, take exit 188
and drive 28 miles southeast on Highway 58. The camp is located
five miles west of Oakridge.
Trip notes: This campground is on the banks of the middle
Fork of the Willamette River, across from Lookout Point Reservoir,
a long, narrow lake adjacent to Highway 58. Noteworthy here is a
stand of old-growth cedars.
