Location:
On Wickiup Reservoir in Deschutes National Forest
Campsites, facilities: There are 120 sites for tents, trailers,
or RVs of any length; 22 have full hookups. There are also 14 cabins.
Rest rooms, showers, a sanitary dump station, a private phone, laundry
room, limited groceries, a full-service restaurant, ice, snacks,
some RV supplies, LP gas, and a barbecue are available. A boat ramp,
rentals, and a dock are provided; no motor boats are permitted on
South Twin Lake. Leashed pets are permitted.
Reservations, fees: Reservations recommended. Sites are $25
per night, and cabins are $85-$125 per night. The campground is
open from April 25 to October 15.

Directions:
From Interstate 5 south of Eugene, drive 73 miles southeast on Highway
58. Turn east on County Road 61. Drive three miles, then continue
north on Cascade Lakes Highway (Highway 46) for 18 miles then turn
east on County Road 42. Turn and go east for five miles to Forest
Service Road 4260. Turn south and drive two miles to the campground.
Trip notes: This resort is popular for families, with a full-service
marina and all the amenities, including beach areas. Recreational
activities range from hiking to fishing, swimming, and boating on
Wickiup Reservoir.
